I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Unix-based ISP. While they don't offer telephone support, which makes me a bit nervous, their e-mail support is excellent. I think the service you provide is really perfect. Whenever I ask any questions, the customer service will definitely response within 24 hours, most of time much less than that. The control panel also provides enough functions.
